Upaya Sekretaris Daerah Nias Barat dalam Mendorong Kesempatan Kerja Lewat Penyaluran Tenaga Kerja Ke Batam

Pengiriman Tenaga Kerja dari Nias Barat ke Batam

NIAS INFO | Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Nias Barat, Sozisokhi Hia, SH., MM., dalam perannya sebagai penunjuk Bupati, mendampingi tenaga kerja berangkat ke Batam, Provinsi Kepulauan Riau pada 22 Maret 2024. Langkah ini merupakan bagian dari hasil panen raya perekrutan yang PT. Danka Hureco adakan di Kabupaten Nias Barat antara tanggal 14 dan 20 Maret 2024.

acara peluncuran keberangkatan ini berlokasi di ruang rapat Aekhula Kantor Bupati Nias Barat. Acara ini merupakan momen penting yang dihadiri oleh Kepala Dinas Ketenagakerjaan, Koperasi dan UKM, Febrieli Gulo, S.Pd., MM., wakil PT. Danka Hureco dan orangtua dari para pekerja yang berangkat.

 

Upaya Pemberdayaan dan Pemberian Peluang Kerja

Sekda Nias Barat, Sozisokhi Hia, SH., MM., melihat penempatan tenaga kerja di Batam sebagai langkah maju yang berarti dalam upaya pemberdayaan dan pemberian peluang kerja bagi putra-putri Nias Barat untuk berkontribusi di perusahaan yang berada di Batam. Dalam acara tersebut, ia berharap bagi para pekerja yang tengah berangkat untuk memaksimalkan peluang ini dengan cara bekerja dengan penuh dedikasi, serta menjunjung tinggi nama baik Kabupaten Nias Barat.

 

Kemitraan Antara Pemerintah Nias Barat dan PT. Danka Hureco

Sozisokhi Hia juga menyampaikan terima kasih dan apresiasi terhadap PT. Danka Hureco atas kerjasama yang telah terjalin dengan pemerintah Kabupaten Nias Barat dalam memudahkan proses perekrutan dan penyaluran tenaga kerja terampil asal Nias Barat di Batam Kepulauan Riau.

 

Seleksi dan Perekrutan Tenaga Kerja

Febrieli Gulo, S.Pd., MM., selaku Kepala Dinas Ketenagakerjaan, Koperasi dan UKM, sebelumnya melaporkan bahwa seluruh proses mulai dari penerimaan berkas hingga tahap seleksi telah berjalan lancar. Diantara 91 peserta yang mendaftar berasal dari 32 laki-laki dan 59 perempuan, sebanyak 53 orang lolos seleksi, termasuk 7 laki-laki dan 46 perempuan.

 

Fasilitas dan Kesejahteraan Tenaga Kerja

Laporan lebih lanjut menyebutkan bahwa para pekerja yang dinyatakan lulus akan berangkat Menuju Batam, Kepulauan Riau pada 25 Maret 2024 melalui jalur darat. Biaya transportasi perjalanan ke tempat tujuan akan ditanggung sepenuhnya oleh pihak perusahaan. Selain itu, mereka akan mulai bekerja pada 1 April 2024, dan selama bekerja akan mendapatkan sejumlah fasilitas, termasuk gaji dan bonus lembur, tempat tinggal serta akses ke BPJS Kesehatan dan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.

West Nias Regional Secretary’s Efforts to Encourage Job Opportunities through the Distribution of Labor to Batam

Sending Workers from West Nias to Batam

NIAS INFO | The Regional Secretary (Sekda) of West Nias, Sozisokhi Hia, SH., MM., in his role as appointing Regent, accompanied the workforce to Batam, Riau Islands Province on March 22 2024. This step is part of the results of PT. Danka Hureco will be held in West Nias Regency between March 14 and 20 2024.

 

The departure launch event was located in the Aekhula meeting room of the West Nias Regent’s Office. This event was an important moment which was attended by the Head of the Employment, Cooperatives and SMEs Service, Febrieli Gulo, S.Pd., MM., representative of PT. Danka Hureco and the parents of the departing workers.

 

Empowerment Efforts and Providing Job Opportunities

West Nias Regional Secretary, Sozisokhi Hia, SH., MM., sees the placement of workers in Batam as a significant step forward in efforts to empower and provide work opportunities for the sons and daughters of West Nias to contribute to companies in Batam. In this event, he hoped that the workers who were leaving would maximize this opportunity by working with full dedication, and upholding the good name of West Nias Regency.

 

Partnership Between the Government of West Nias and PT. Danka Hureco

Sozisokhi Hia also expressed his thanks and appreciation to PT. Danka Hureco for the collaboration that has been established with the West Nias Regency government in facilitating the process of recruiting and distributing skilled workers from West Nias to Batam, Riau Islands.

 

Manpower Selection and Recruitment

Febrieli Gulo, S.Pd., MM., as Head of the Employment, Cooperatives and SMEs Service, previously reported that the entire process from receiving files to the selection stage had run smoothly. Among the 91 participants who registered, 32 men and 59 women, 53 people passed the selection, including 7 men and 46 women.

 

Worker Facilities and Welfare

The report further stated that the workers who were declared to have passed would leave for Batam, Riau Islands on March 25 2024 by land. Travel transportation costs to the destination will be borne entirely by the company. Apart from that, they will start working on April 1 2024, and while working they will receive a number of facilities, including salary and overtime bonuses, housing and access to BPJS Health and BPJS Employment.
