Kekejaman Tragis: Kasus Penganiayaan oleh Kepala Sekolah Menjerumuskan Siswa ke ICU

NIAS INFO | Sebuah kasus dugaan penganiayaan dan kekerasan yang dilakukan oleh Kepala SMKN 1 Siduaori, dikenal sebagai SZ, saat ini menjadi perhatian publik. Hal ini dikarenakan korban, Yaredi Ndruru yang berusia 17 tahun, kini dalam kondisi kritis dan harus mendapatkan perawatan intensif di ICU RSUD dr. M. Thomsen Nias sejak Sabtu (13/4) malam. Informasi ini telah dikonfirmasi oleh Kasatreskrim Polres Nias Selatan, AKP Freddy Siagian, SH pada Senin (15/4).

 

Dalam konfirmasi yang sama, orang tua Yaredi, Sekhezatulo Ndruru yang dikenal Ama Hasrat, mengungkapkan bahwa anaknya saat ini berada dalam keadaan kritis di rumah sakit yang sama. Yaredi, menurut Sekhezatulo, mengalami komplikasi gangguan saraf yang mempengaruhi otak dan mata, seperti dikatakan dokter.

 

Laporan-laporan ini berasal dari insiden yang terjadi di lokasi praktek kerja industri siswa kelas XI SMKN Negeri 1 Siduaori di Kantor Camat Siduaori. Yatiria Telaumbanua, ibu Yaredi, menjelaskan bagaimana anaknya dan beberapa teman sekelasnya didn’turunkan tugas oleh Sekcam Siduaori untuk memindahkan generator ke mobil, namun mereka tidak mematuhi perintah tersebut.

 

Kejadian berlanjut keesokan harinya, Sabtu (23/3), ketika Yaredi dan teman-temannya dipanggil oleh Kepala Sekolah, Safrin Zebua. Saat itu, mereka mendapat “pembinaan” dari kepala sekolah yang menyerang mereka dengan tangan, memukul kepala mereka hingga tiga kali atau lebih.

 

Menurut Sekhezatulo, sejak kejadian itu, anaknya belum sempat dikunjungi oleh SZ, baik ketika masih berada di rumah maupun di rumah sakit. Ia, sebagai orang tua, menuntut keadilan atas kasus ini. Yatiria, yang merasa kesal anaknya dilakukan seperti itu, melaporkan SZ ke Polres Nias Selatan dengan tanda bukti laporan polisi, Nomor: STTLP/B/50/IV/2024/SPKT/POLRES NIAS SELATAN, tanggal 11 April 2024.

 

Memperkuat tuntutan ini, Yatiria, seorang warga desa Sifitubanua, Kecamatan Somambawa, Kabupaten Nias Selatan juga mengajukan laporan kepada Polres Nias Selatan atas tuduhan penganiayaan dan kekerasan terhadap anak.

 

Pada Minggu (14/4), Kepala cabang Wilayah XIV Disdik Provinsi Sumatera Utara, Yasokhi Hia, mengungkapkan melalui WhatsApp bahwa perwakilan dari Dinas Pendidikan Wilayah XIV telah mengunjungi rumah korban pada 13 April 2024, tetapi Yaredi sudah dibawa ke RSUD dr. M. Thomsen Nias. Dia meminta semua pihak untuk berdoa agar Yaredi cepat pulih, sambil menutup pesannya dengan saohagolo Ya’ahowu.

Tragic Cruelty: Case of Abuse by School Principal Lands Student in ICU

A case of alleged abuse and violence committed by the Principal of SMKN 1 Siduaori, known as SZ, is currently attracting public attention. This is because the victim, 17 year old Yaredi Ndruru, is now in critical condition and has had to receive intensive care in the ICU at RSUD dr. M. Thomsen Nias Hospital since Saturday (13/4) evening. This information was confirmed by the Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the South Nias Police, AKP Freddy Siagian, SH on Monday (15/4).

 

In the same confirmation, Yaredi’s parent, Sekhezatulo Ndruru, known as Ama Hasrat, revealed that his son is currently in critical condition at the same hospital. Yaredi, according to Sekhezatulo, suffered complications from a neurological disorder that affected the brain and eyes, according to doctors.

 

These reports originate from incidents that occurred at the location of industrial work practices for class XI students of SMKN 1 Siduaori at the Siduaori Subdistrict Office. Yatiria Telaumbanua, Yaredi’s mother, explained how her son and several of his classmates were given the task by the Secretary of State Siduaori to move the generator to the car, but they did not comply with the order.

 

The incident continued the next day, Saturday (23/3), when Yaredi and his friends were summoned by the school principal, Safrin Zebua. At that time, they received “coaching” from the school principal who attacked them with his hands, hitting them on the head three or more times.

 

According to Sekhezatulo, since that incident, SZ has not had the opportunity to visit his child, either when he was at home or in hospital. He, as a parent, demands justice in this case. Yatiria, who felt annoyed that her child had been treated like that, reported SZ to the South Nias Police with evidence of a police report, Number: STTLP/B/50/IV/2024/SPKT/POLRES NIAS SELATAN, dated April 11 2024.

 

Strengthening this demand, Yatiria, a resident of Sifitubanua village, Somambawa District, South Nias Regency also submitted a report to the South Nias Police on allegations of abuse and violence against children.
